Grand Rapids, Michigan (CNN)Donald Trump attacked Hillary Clinton in vulgar terms Monday night, saying that her bathroom break during the last Democratic debate was just too "disgusting" to talk about and then stating she "got schlonged" by Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential race.

"Even a race to Obama, she was gonna beat Obama. I don't know who would be worse, I don't know, how could it be worse? But she was going to beat -- she was favored to win -- and she got schlonged, she lost, I mean she lost," Trump said, using a vulgar Yiddish word for a man's penis.
Earlier, Trump started to criticize Clinton for not returning to the ABC News debate stage on Saturday night in time, but then said he didn't want to talk more about it because it was "disgusting."

"I know where she went, it's disgusting, I don't want to talk about it," Trump said. "No, it's too disgusting. Don't say it, it's disgusting, let's not talk, we want to be very, very straight up."

Clinton campaign responds to 'degrading' comments

Fired up by a raucous crowd, Trump unleashed on a slew of political opponents -- starting with Sen. Lindsey Graham, who dropped his presidential bid earlier on Monday, and finishing with Obama.

Throughout it all, Trump's supporters roared in approval. But groups of protesters throughout the arena interrupted Trump throughout his hour-long speech.

More than a dozen times, protesters began shouting during Trump's speech, which was one of the most interrupted since he jumped into the presidential race in June. The protesters largely accused Trump of spewing a racist and bigoted ideology.

J.J. Abrams has a lot of questions that need answering.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been in theaters for a few days, and although the online realm has been flooded with comments from people about what happened in the movie, Polygon understands that not everyone has seen it. There are major spoilers in this story, so if you've managed to evade them until now, consider this your official spoiler warning and turn back before it's too late.

One of the most climactic events of the new movie comes toward the end, when Kylo Ren pierces Han Solo, his father, through the chest with his lightsaber, letting the revered character fall to his death.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Abrams spoke at a Writers Guild of America event this past weekend about why it was crucial to the film, and the development of the franchise, that Kylo Ren kill his father. The director said that unlike Darth Vader, who was introduced to audiences as this villain entrenched in evil, Kylo Ren is still on a journey to discovering who he really is. In order to make him as menacing as he needed to be, he had to commit the treacherous act.

"We knew we had to do something fucking bold," Abrams said. "The only reason why Kylo Ren has any hope of being a worthy successor is because we lose one of the most beloved characters."

It's a gut-wrenching scene, but unlike Kylo Ren's grandfather, Darth Vader, there's a sense of uneasiness surrounding the young Sith lord when he makes the decision to kill his father.

Abrams said a large part of the decision to kill Han Solo, and have his son be the character to do it, was to add "guts" to the movie, especially in the afterglow of Return of the Jedi. The director mentioned that it was difficult to bridge the two movies because Return of the Jedi ended on such a positive note, and the only way to combat that would be to come up with a vile villain fixated on finding Luke Skywalker and wiping out the supposed last remaining Jedi.

Still, Abrams said that it was incredibly hard to shoot that particular scene, and admitted that at times it felt pretty disturbing.

"To see Harrison reach out and touch Adam. I know this sounds stupid, but literally watching it, I forgot — I forgot that he wasn't his son. He did it so beautifully," Abrams said.

Still, the director confirmed there were no hard feelings from Harrison Ford, who Abrams said took the entire thing pretty nonchalantly.
“I really couldn’t believe it, I was so upset. For me (she was robbed) as the real winner … I was very happy for Miss Colombia because she really deserved it. I’m really not happy with the result and so are the other girls, I’m sorry to say it.”

(CNN)Anthony Cumia, once half of the shock-jock radio team known as "Opie and Anthony," was arrested Saturday on charges of abuse after allegedly attacking his girlfriend in his New York-area home.

Danielle Brand, 26, says she suffered a broken rib in the alleged altercation, which took place in Roslyn Heights, Long Island.

Brand told police that Cumia, 54, pinned her against a wall and strangled her when she attempted to flee after the pair argued. She said Cumia stomped on her hand, injuring it.

Brand was treated at a hospital.

"Mr. Cumia emphatically denies the allegations brought against him, and is optimistic that when the truth comes out, he will be exonerated," said his attorney, Alan J. Schwartz, in a statement.

"This morning, he entered a plea of not guilty to all charges and was released without bail, and directed to appear back in court in January. Simply put, things are not always what they appear to be, and this case is a perfect example of that."

Cumia is accused of strangulation and assault, among other charges.

A video uploaded to the live streaming site Periscope appears to show Brand describing her injuries and Cumia asking her to leave his home. She alleged that Cumia smashed her cell phone and pulled a landline from the wall when she tried to call for help.

No bail was set and Cumia was released. The judge asked that he stay away from Brand.

Cumia was once part of the controversial Opie and Anthony team with Gregg "Opie" Hughes. He was fired from the show, which airs on SiriusXM, in 2014 after a series of racially charged tweets.

The firing took place after an incident in which Cumia took photographs in Times Square. An African-American woman objected to being photographed and Cumia claimed he was assaulted.

In a series of tweets -- later deleted -- he called the woman an "animal pig face worthless meat sack" and other comments, many with profane language.

He was fired soon after.

"Those remarks and postings are abhorrent to SiriusXM, and his behavior is wholly inconsistent with what SiriusXM represents," the satellite radio company said in a statement at the time.

The show has continued with Jim Norton in Cumia's place and has been titled "Opie with Jim Norton" since Cumia's departure.
Miss Universe pageant host Steve Harvey announced the wrong winner at the end of Sunday night's big show in Las Vegas and was forced to make an embarrassing apology.

After announcing Miss USA, Olivia Jordan, as the third runner-up, Harvey initially named Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez Arevalo, as the night's big winner, relegating the remaining contestant, Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurzbach, to the second runner-up spot.

But after Arevalo received the crown and a bouquet of flowers, Harvey announced he had made an error and that Wurzbach was in fact the winner.

A stunned Wurzbach, who had taken her place with the other contestants behind Arevalo, then walked out to center stage. Last year's Miss Universe, Colombia's Paulina Vega, then removed the crown from Avrevalo's head and placed it on Wurtzbach.

With both pageant contestants standing at the front of the stage, the show concluded.

Harvey, who was hosting the contest for the first time, held up the card announcing the order of finishers for Fox network cameras to see up close afterward. He said he re-read the card and noticed it said "first runner-up" next to the Colombia contestant's name before he asked producers if he had made a mistake. Talking with reporters afterward, Harvey and an executive for pageant owner WME-IMG called it human error.

"Nobody feels worse about this than me," Harvey said.

In addition to his on-air apology, Harvey expressed contrition on social media. However, he initially misspelled the home countries of both contestants before also fixing that.
